New Chichester workshop

We’re delighted to announce that we will be running our FREE workshop series this coming April in Chichester. Aimed at young women aged between 10 and 13 years old, attendees can expect to:

• Craft and chat! 

• Build self-awareness

• Explore their identity, their gifts, and their challenges

• Learn simple ways to handle stress & big emotions

• Build confidence 

• Learn how to handle tricky relationships

• Understand their amazing brain

• Learn self-esteem and self-care 

• Communication, core values, and goal setting
  
  The workshops are led by experienced and caring facilitators in a confidential and relaxed environment. Absolutely no crafting experience necessary!
