At The Juno Project, young women are at the heart of everything we do. That's why we're proud to have a Youth Advisory Board that helps guide our work, ensuring our programmes, resources and communications remain relevant, accessible and rooted in lived experience.
As a charity dedicated to supporting and empowering young women, our Youth Advisory Board acts as part of our compass. It helps us stay accountable to the young people we serve while also creating opportunities for the next generation of female leaders to develop their skills, confidence and influence.

Meet Lilli
Lilli offers a unique perspective as a former participant of The Juno Project. Having experienced our programmes first-hand, she understands the impact they can have on young women's lives. Her lived experience helps us ensure our support remains meaningful, relevant and accessible, while her enthusiasm and ideas continue to shape the future of our work.
